Measuring 16 by 12 inches, it breaks from the pheasant theme with a stunning naturalist rendering of a tom turkey in full strut - tail plumage fanned across the platter's center, wattles in vibrant red, plumage detailed in iridescent greens, golds, and bronzes against an ivory ground.
