Refund policy
Returns for in store purchases:
We accept returns of eligible items with receipt within 7 days of purchase.
Enewton items are FINAL sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bath & body, beauty and skincare items
- enewton
- Food items
- Furniture, lamps/lighting, rugs and wall art
- Gift cards
- Soaps & lotions
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Seasonal merchandise
Returns for on-line orders:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. The items must be postmarked within the 7 days of the date of the order for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Avenue of the Oaks 431 Vision Dr Suite F-102 Cumming, GA 30040.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at avenueoftheoaksga@gmail.com with your order number and the items your are inquiring about. For items that have been damaged in transit please include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box as well. Emails for damages MUST be received within 3 days of delivery date. Anything after that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. A gift card will be issued and an email will be sent containing the gift card and refunded store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
